Digital Debate
There has been a raging debate about the virtues of film and digital photography. Some state digital doesn't have the quality of film. I think it depends on the quality of equipment. When you use professional digital SLRs and lenses I think the quality is equal to 35mm. I have gone up to 16X20 with a good sharp image with excellent results. Many professional films we used five years ago are not being produced. That is a sign of the future. Many photographers that wouldn't consider a digital five years ago now shoot exclusively with one. The industry is rapidly going digital.

Digital Advantage
There are several advantages to shooting digital. When shooting an event you can shoot over twice as much as you usually can with film cameras. I frequently shoot over a thousand pictures at a wedding. You have instant feedback so if you have something set wrong you can correct it immediately. That beats shooting an entire wedding and having the exposures set incorrectly. The down side for most photographers is you need a good working knowledge of computers. That has been a difficult transition for many.

Film or Digital Option
We will shoot your wedding either way or both. The choice is up to you. My personal preference were it my wedding would be the all digital option. The reason is simple; there will be a wider selection of photos to choose from and there are many digital media options available to digital photography that are difficult and expensive from film. We can usually do the same manipulations from film however there is a slight loss of quality and the expense is greater.

Exclusive Wedding Website
When we shoot your wedding you will have your own exclusive website. We post all the digital images for your viewing. The service we use is dedicated to weddings and it has a variety of features for the wedding couple to use. Your site is code protected so you can allow access to only those that you want to. The site stays up for 6 months after the wedding and that time can be extended.

Albums
We have a variety of Album options. We have traditional wedding albums and can produce flush mount albums.

Digital Media
We will produce CD or DVD photo shows of your wedding. We will produce a pre-wedding presentation for you. We will also produce a slide show at the reception from images taken at the ceremony.
